"Liam" Short Film

I thought I would add the link to my latest short film that I directed as part of a crew of 6 for my final dissertation project at Stirling University. It stars Scott Tierney as Liam, Deborah Mair as the Mum and Anthony Quirke as the Dad and was written, produced and edited over 10 weeks. We had no budget, but had access to industry standard equipment and editing software at the university. It was filmed on location in Bannockburn and Aberdour beach, Fife in April 2010.

Creative Collations

So I thought it was about time that I began to gather together my various interests of different media and creative 'outbursts' and collate them in one place! With this blog, I hope to write about and where possible, display, the happenings in my film/art/writing life. Like most people who term themselves as one of those illustrious 'Creatives', I take sudden notions to write or paint or take photographs or play about with my camcorder, so posts here could be sporadic. However, I am hoping that this blog will give me the necessary nudge to pursue these interests even when it feels like, on that particular day, that they'd aparently rather not be pursued!
